1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OriaFlow ("the Service"), operated by Elevontek, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of oriaflowapp.com and app.oriaflowapp.com.

2. Description of service

OriaFlow is an AI-powered career coaching platform that helps users identify job opportunities, generate application materials, and prepare for interviews. The Service includes an AI assistant ("Oria"), job scoring tools, resume and cover letter generation, interview preparation, and pipeline tracking features.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Paid plans (Pro, Max, Sprint) are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
  • Sprint is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. Pro and Max are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact legal@oriaflowapp.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • Promotional codes (e.g., TRIAL14, EDU40) are subject to eligibility requirements and may be limited in availability or time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI features.
  • Share your account with others or resell access to the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate career advice, job scores, resumes, cover letters, and interview guidance. This content is provided for informational and assistive purposes only. OriaFlow does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or the accuracy of job market data. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in applications or communications.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the career content you provide (resume text, work history, etc.). You grant OriaFlow a limited license to use this content to operate the Service on your behalf. OriaFlow owns all rights to the platform, software, and AI outputs generated independently of your inputs.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ORIAFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELEVONTEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting legal@oriaflowapp.com.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
