1. Who we are

OriaFlow is operated by Elevontek. We provide an AI-powered career coaching platform accessible at oriaflowapp.com and app.oriaflowapp.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to privacy@oriaflowapp.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and authentication credentials.
• Profile information: job title, years of experience, career goals, and job search mode — provided by you during onboarding.
• Career content: resume text, job descriptions you paste or link, cover letters and application kits generated by the AI, and your chat messages with Oria.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction logs for product improvement.
• Payment information: processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card numbers or CVV codes.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the OriaFlow service.
• To personalize AI coaching responses based on your career profile.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send product and account notifications (you can opt out of marketing emails at any time).
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve product quality.

4. AI processing and Anthropic

OriaFlow uses Claude (provided by Anthropic, PBC) to power AI coaching features. Messages you send to Oria and relevant career context are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's API usage is governed by their Privacy Policy. Your data is not used to train AI models.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Anthropic — for AI inference (see Section 4).
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Firebase / Google — for authentication and data storage.
• Analytics providers — aggregate, anonymized usage data only.
• Law enforcement — only where required by applicable law.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@oriaflowapp.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

8. Your rights

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
